"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My favourite thing about this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful and the care about your stay. They were very accommodating and you can message them with any questions or hesitations you may have. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Also the rooms seem as if they are newly renovated so overall I had an amazing time staying here!!!"

Issues with the property; * room small to fit only a double bed * Only 2 plug points one of which tv * Only one window in room which opens to public corridor; no light in room no privacy; very claustrophobic * Bed side stools very close to head; unsafe * Bed slat broke on first night; discovered several slats were broken and only taped up; had to change room * Only one mirror...
