"Property is clean and in a great location. The front desk is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. The room was clean and the sheets feel so soft and amazing. My only issue was with the spa, the girls were not friendly much and didn’t care to go out of their way to make you feel special . Often they were all gathered up front having small talk and laughing vs taking care of the spa guests and the spa is not cheap. My massage was good but not much spa amenities so I probably...

"We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the dance competition we were attending. The breakfast was great. It wasn't too expensive and had both sweet and savory options. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel was also very clean. Parking was easy and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again."

"The executive suite was okay. It had quite a bit of room, but definitely wasn't maintained like it should be. The couch pull out bed was horrible. It was concave and awful to sleep on. The shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall but the conditioner was upside down and wouldn't come out. It was funny but also annoying. The AC was amazing! The pool was fun! "Hello, Jessica at the front desk was extremely, extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Besides our interaction with her, our stay was less than desirable. I felt that the hotel misrepresented itself with the photos online, starting with the pool. There were very few seats available and no amenities. Also, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. "The property overall was good. Unfortunately the room was very noisy and the door constantly moved and jangled whenever someone walked by or used the room next door. All the employees were nice expect one who had a consistent attitude anytime we had to interact with him. I also felt that a discount should have been given since the elevator was broken the entire time we stayed. Breakfast was good and well stocked."

"Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!"

"House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

"This place was very dirty and unsanitary. I could smell weed when walking through the hallways and through the vent in my room. The couch was very dirty. There was a big stain on the cushion. There was an awful smell when I walked into the room. It was not comfortable to be in."

"We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends"

"My experience was amazing. The staff was polite and deserves every praise. The amenities were great also. They came, picked us up and took us anywhere on the property we wanted to go and brought us back to our room. The entire property was clean, including our room. The food was fresh and tasted great. Thank you for such a great experience"

"Breakfast could be a little better. Restaurants (all but one) around the hotel close early so you have to plan ahead."
