"I was asked to change rooms after my first night, because of the ongoing renovation. I am a day sleeper because I work nights as a nurse and I was woke up two times by staff wanting to hang curtains in the room that I had been asked to move to! No one apologized for the inconvenience or offered to compensate me for having to pack up and move rooms without help. I have been staying at this property regularly for almost 6 months and have never been treated so poorly."

" The hotel is nice. It’s clean and the staff work hard. They are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awful. I ate there one day. This is needs to change. The area is beautiful but more security. The parking lot is too dim. Beds are comfortable. I had a couple unpleasant experiences in the few days I was there. Overall: 8/10 "

"My wife and I have stayed at many motels with our dog... I cringe thinking of our past experiences in pet friendly rooms... Our pass rooms were always carpeted... Carpeted with pea stains everywhere... Extended stay hotel has LVT flooring.. The size of the room was unbelievable... It was like an apartment... It had a big kitchen and living room bedroom and bathroom... The living room and bedroom TV or the same size... I would say 55 in... The room was clean It smelled good... This hotel was are absolute favorite so far... I told my wife with our past pet friendly experiences that we would hide our dog this time and sneak him in through the side door hoping to get a room that was not pet friendly and nasty... The woman at the desk asked us directly if we had a pet... I told the truth and was upset... When we got to the room everything was above and beyond what we could ever hope for... FR "

"Ac was good food was good we had a issue with the toilet leaking when we flushed it but staff waisted no time in switching our room it was so quiet and relaxing I will definitely recommend "
