Francesca was very helpful with follow-up during my pre-checkin process. Hotel is FYI - Apartment doesn't have 24/7 receptionist. However apartment rep follow-up via email to provide room and check-in details.

The room was a nice size and clean. We stayed one night after our Bernina train. Very close to the train station.
