"This hotel was so easy to get across the street to the airport for our 6am flight, we got to sleep in as late as possible. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The chocolate given at check in and check out was such a kind added bonus. We really enjoyed our short stay that this beautiful hotel. "

"The hotel was lovely, amazing location in the middle of the mountains. My room was in the newly added section of the hotel, everything was brand new and stylish. The breakfast was lovely and the option to sit outside and have breakfast al fresco was brilliant!"

"Staff were wonderful. The facility is sparking clean and what I would call “Balkan glitz”. The parking was easy, the room was medium size (perfect) and totally comfortable, beds weee good. The restaurant is the 2nd star of the show (staff first): amazing dinner and great service. The breakfast was unreal, we are still talking about it a week later. Great option for people driving, seemed far from “town”. "

"Beautiful modern property inside the old town. Extremely comfortable stay. Staff are fantastic, breakfast was good, the breakfast area is small though so you have to decide your slot in advance - the early slot can get booked out so message them ahead of time if you need an early one (the day we arrived the next day’s early was already booked up for example). For me the bed and pillows were too soft but that’s just personal preference. Really liked the hotel, would happily stay again. "

"Great staff made sure I feel welcome on my arrival. First my booking was not to be found on their system and they went above and beyound finding it even stayed a few mins after 10pm. Desk is not attended after 10pm. Room quite big and very clean and bed very cosy. "

"This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. "Amazing Hotel! Go to the pool and Sauna Just get there early because they close the pool at 9:30 pm and open at 3pm Amazing Amazing .... we found parking next to the hotel and saved as it was free. If not you will pay up to 15 Euro in the next-door parking lot"
