Khách sạn Carpenter

"This is a great small chain we had not heard of before. It has everything a bigger chain does (minus the “extras”—like a pool or workout room, which we didn’t need). The only reason we give it a “good,” is because the tubs are very slippery (yes, my husband slipped and fell), and when I mentioned it to the staff, she said they are aware and it is their cleaning products. So, perhaps there needs to be a change in those, or travelers remember to put the bath mat IN the shower for stability."

"Greeted upon arrival by the front desk person’s small dog, which was running around the lobby. Greeted the next morning by the sounds of housekeeping staff arguing in the hallway. Nice property, unprofessional staff."

"Unfortunately, we were next to the housekeeping room where they did laundry ALL NIGHT. The walls are thin, so we were kept up by a squeaky machine or two."

"Room had a smell of smoke."

"The room was far cleaner than the lobby and hallways. The A/C worked very well, the fridge was freezing everything, even when turn way down. No maid service in five days. Not good. Terrible towels and no soap. Provided my own soap and shampoo. Great parking and location. No noise which was excellent. Location can use a face lift."

"Booking was incredibly easy, the staff were so so helpful giving clear directions and expectations for the stay and amenities and they were so kind. The cabin lodges were so cute, cozy, and clean. They have fan access and a heater which kept us warm all night during a bit more chilly evening. The place was quiet and felt safe! Would definitely stay here again along our travels and recommend others to stay here."
