"Clean room, helpful staff. We were on the fifth floor and only one elevator worked, and sometimes that elevator didn’t work needs repair."

"Overall, a good stay. The breakfast spread was good. However, you cannot open any of the windows. No fan in the bathroom. You have to pay $1 to get key access to the laundry, which has 1 washer and 1 dryer for ALL hotel guests. Have to pay $1 for use of the dryer. I had to sit in the laundry room to make sure I could get my laundry done. There were 5 people who wanted to do laundry after me, and one person sat with me to confirm they would be next. Had to laugh when I saw the shower gel above...

"The room we had was one with a king bed, and it was nowhere near as pictured on the website. I realize we booked late for a next-day reservation, and there was nothing else available in Minot, but Expedia should not have this on their list of available hotels/motels in Minot. The towels were not taken the next morning we had to ask for clean towels as we were there for another night. Our room was not entered by the staff on the 2nd day of our stay. "Very nice room. Air conditioner worked great all night. Only issue was the ramp for wheeling the luggage cart isn’t really a ramp so you have to lift the cart to get it up. We had a lot of stuff in our cart but thankfully a young gentleman came and offered to help."

"We stayed in a suite. The room smelled like dog when we opened the door. The carpet looked dirty. The room had a tiny bathroom. The property looks good but the room we stayed in needed to be steam cleaned and the AC needs a little work. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. The pool was closed the 3 days we were there. We were told they don't have life guards on duty Monday-Wednesday."

"We booked our stay while they were in the middle of remodeling. The staff was super helpful and we were able to park near our room to avoid the construction. The pool was SO cold we could hardly dip our feet in. The kids tried to swim but the water was freezing. The breakfast was ok, it was clear because of the remodel things were more limited than they normally would be. Also our room door was really difficult to close, we had to slam it shut and the kids couldn't even open it, hopefully...

"The room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator and microwave, and everything in the room was in working order. The bedding was super soft and comfortable. They had a free hot continental breakfast which was great. I had scrambled eggs, waffles, and a bowl of cereal which was all very good. The hotel was fairly quiet and parking was easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. My one disappointment was that there was no workout area.... at all. That is what made me knock off a star...
