"I reported a complaint with the hotel as well as sent a lengthy email to Stay Hotel airport LIS as well as their Corp. office when I was there. The one staff was terribly rude but other staff members did apologise for his behavior. Couple nights later he did apologise to me after probably being reprimanded by his fellow staff or managers.
I ’ve stayed here at this hotel many times and not had issues especially of this magnitude. "

"My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was a good size and had a good view over the gardens and river. The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. "I like staying here because of it's convenient location and staff. When I leave at 5 am I always have an early flight and was able to have a quick breakfast. The other times the staff made sure there was bread for toast, but unfortunately not this time, I was reminded that breakfast starts at 6. It's ok. I would suggest to have bread in a bag so early guests could toast their bread even before 6am. Thank you"
