We do apologize for any inconvenience, and we did want to let you know that the head coach's room was discounted for him having to wait so long. This kind of wait is not at all normal for our Hotel, and we understand your frustration. We do strive to serve our guests as hospitably as possible, and agree that this wait was totally unacceptable. Also, we apologize that we did not respond earlier as we have only just now received the review from Expedia.As far as any refunds, or reimbursements you would have to handle that through Expedia.
