"So we booked for a harbor view on a high floor when we arrived we were told room not available and we were given a suite on lower level with view of a roof. Went to have a quick bite at the bistro ordered a couple of burgers which took over 20 minutes (they were good and server very nice ) hotel is very nice, bed pillows etc. the problem was NO HOT WATER. The desk was called a little after nine an informed we were told we would receive a call back . No we called again we were told an engineer...

"The hotel was nice overall. It was at the center of Baltimore, walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants, including the aquarium. The hotel room was clean, the staff was nice and accommodating. My only complaint was the parking garage; although it is owned by a 3rd party, I got a ticket 2 hrs after we arrived even though I did purchase the parking spot for day. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."
