Khách sạn Carrolltown

"Fast, friendly check in always a plus!"

"Great place to stay at"

"An absolute pleasure"

"Staff were amazing, furniture is a bit dated. Not close to anything so bring all your needs."

"The place was adequately clean, although outside had packets of ChikFila sauce spilled all over the sidewalk coming in from the night we checked in till when we left at noon. Because I checked in online when I arrived I was handed room cards and no further instruction/discussion with front desk. TV was not operating with HDMI/cable unplugged required sticking hand behind tv and the wall to fix. Telephone would not call down to front desk just had dial tone no matter what button you pushed....

"The room isn't cleaned every day, which is fine, but they should have mentioned that at check-in. In addition, the staff provided contradictory information regarding room cleaning. Breakfast was so-so."

"Their rooms are so clean"

"This was a great deal. It was an overnight stop in the way home from vacation. The room was clean and comfortable. We had stayed here last year and the fellow at the front desk was the same, very polite and welcoming. We would stay here again."

"Disgusting! Left a day early. Room was filthy, dirty walls. I can handle rust and things needing painted, but this place was not clean. Bugs. Bathtub bottom was all torn out. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!"

"When I arrived, the office was closed and I was unable to check in. I had to find another hotel for the night. There was nobody at Expedia to assist me. I tried the virtual assistant messaging and it was just ended in an endless loop. Overall a horrible experience."
