Go back to the front desk to a rude associate telling me the fee couldn’t be returned because I was still early. But nothing for the inconvenience of a dirty room and having to go get a new room. Hotel elevator didn’t work properly. Had to use the UP button to go down. The table dealers were unfriendly and some had poor attitudes. One even screaming twice for a pit boss because another player hadn’t finished getting their gambling money out before sitting down. It was unnecessary. "
