"Very nice place very friendly people"

"Really cute hotel, I really want to come back however, there is no elevator. With a child and a baby carriage, or if elderly, i would not recommend, otherwise, cute! Breakfast included and within the walled city without the noise for a restful sleep."

"Super cute boutique hotel. Wonderful rooftop bar and pool. Excellent location! Would stay again!"

"Stay was amazing, staff was super helpful and friendly. Felt like home away from home. I’m defintely looking forward to booking this hotel again on my next visit. Was the perfect location inside the Walled City."

"Always amazing"

"Everything was top-notch … my only gripe was that the hot water was not working however since it is so hot in Cartagena …it was actually great to have a cool shower to cool me down.. otherwise everything was great, the location, the facilities, the restaurant next door, the pool.. my room was beautiful..everything was great 👍 .. when i come back i will definitely stay there"

"★★★★★ An Unforgettable Stay — Bastión Luxury Hotel Exceeded Every Expectation! From the moment I arrived at Bastión Luxury Hotel in beautiful Cartagena, Colombia, I knew I was in for something special. What I didn't anticipate was just how extraordinary the entire experience would be. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly sets Bastión apart is its people. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, gracious, attentive, and genuinely kind. The level of hospitality was exceptional,...

"Very nice hotel in the walled city, close the restaurants and plazas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and very well furnished. The bathroom was large with modern fixtures. After staying in other hotels in the area, I will stay in this hotel again."

"Exceptional stay. Rooms and beds were aesthetically designed and very comfortable. Staff go above and beyond - kind, attentive and always looking after you. Food and drink of excellent quality and pools/spa were a great addition. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay Casa Carolina!"

"Staff were amazing, rooms were beautiful. And the rooftop with pool was such a nice space. Food was good, if not excellent (with the exception of the ceviche, which was excellent!) "

"The place is awesome, nice and very well located in the middle of everything. The personal is very gentle and helpful on any need. Has a nice view from the terrace and a pool. Will stay there again and again."

"La atención y el servicio estuvo increíble, siempre al pendiente de las necesidades del huésped"

"Staff was excellent and highly recommended to stay!"

"It is a charming colonial house, tastefully decorated, with a good breakfast and an excellent location. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant incident during check-in due to the receptionist’s incompetence, which unfortunately put a damper on our stay at the hotel. In addition all the noise carries into the rooms."
