"The location of the hotel was very noisy with drunks outside the hotel. I’m writing this at 2am with my young children awake.
The hotel wanted to help us when we checked in and allow us to cancel but unlike booking dot com, Expedia made that impossible.
I will never book through Expedia again. Ever. "
