Hotel agradable y recomendable

Todo fue muy bueno. Desde la zona donde esta el hotel hasta las instalaciones y atención del personal. Gracias sobre todo a la Señora Marcela que nos ayudó con el transporte y unos toures. Recomendamos un servicio que tienen que se llama ROYAL CONCIERGE, te ayudan con todo lo relacionado a servicio personalizado y toures. Super recomendable.

Average hotel, below average sevice

The condition of this hotel is not amazing, except for the pool area which is nice. This place always seems to have a lot of staff hanging around here and yet they manage to deliver below average service. First day I was not told that free breakfast was available so I ate out. Then after checking out I had some time to kill and asked if I could use the pool for an hour or two. Was told no because I had checked out, even though there was no one in the pool area. Simple things that any standard hotel should have covered. I also had issues finding it using the address on hotels.com and Google maps.
