Check in was a nightmare. No one seemed to have my reservstion. Took an hour to check-in, had to call the off site manager. On-site manager was asleep so we didn't get into the hotel for 30 mins. Guard at the front gate tried but took a while for him to answer. Other than that everything was ok. Room was nice, although had to change rooms mid week because they put us in a double bed then the long weekend came and they wanted the room and downgraded us to a smaller single bed room.

Cordial saludo. Es claro en nuestra información que no atendemos 24 horas y que si el huesped va a llegar despues de las 11pm debe informar para programar el check in; a la 1:20 am las personas que laboran en el Hotel estan durmiendo si no hay programación.El cambio de habitación fue concertado con ud, tratando de que estuviera mas comodo, y con acceso a la calle, sobre todo porque estaba fumando en el balcon (cosa que no se debe, el hotel es libre de humo), del cual se retornaba a la habitación el olor del producto que ud consume y que tuvimos padecer todos, en especial los porteros y algunas personas de la calle. Le recomendamos seguir las instrucciones que se dan, con el fin que no tenga inconvenientes. Feliz dia

Buenos días. No esperamos que los huesped se presenten a la 1 de la mañana sin previo aviso, cuando hizo la reserva le respondimos de inmediato solicitandole información sobre su hora de llegada (se le registro inclusive la hora del check in, 3 de la tarde), y no obtuvimos respuesta; esa falta de comunicación no permitió programar su acceso a esas horas de la noche, teniendo en cuenta que es Usted ciudadana extranjera y debemos aplicar diferentes protocolos. Esperamos poder atenderle en otra oportunidad.

Mi estadía fue de dos noches. En general el servicio fue bueno. Sin embargo, la segunda noche llegué a dormir y la cama no la habían arreglado por alguna equivocación de la persona que se encarga del aseo. Aunque se disculparon considero que es un aspecto por mejorar.

small hostel, average stay with low quality food
Not my fav place to stay but a good price for a decent quality. No facilities at all, serious and non-chatty staff, poor breakfast (hostel style), noisy neighbourhood due to construction behind, ugly area (never walked around please). I never write neg comments, but it wasn't a nice one.

Nice hotel, excellent customer service.
It was a great experience. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again if I need. Close to the beach. It just need a little maintenance, but still a cute nice hotel.

Pleasant staff, small (7 rooms), convenience T to airport. Breakfast included. Good local meal delivery. Very private. Huge bath/closet, luxury linens. Luggage storage.

Hotel com ótimo custo beneficio, Novo limpo e aconchegante. Único ponto negativo é não ter chuveiro com água quente, o que é bem comum nesta região..
