Clean room and friendly staff. Simple breakfast most mornings of some eggs, bread, fruit and juice. AC worked well but no hot water which is not uncommon. I would stay again.

Hotel Fegali is strategically located next to the main tourist spots of Cartagena. If you are like me and feel tired of standardized, reproducible hotel chains with no essence of the city, this is the place to be.

It is a small, but has the home feeling. Staff is very courteous and helpful. It is very closed to many major landmarks, as well as food options. Room is big enough for a family of 3. Simple breakfast is included.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. As a solo woman traveller, I felt very safe at all times. The room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. The hotel is located in an excellent area - just a few minutes walk to a major plaza with street food and vibrant atmosphere. The hotel was quiet and I slept well for the three nights I was there. The staff were really nice, too. I’d stay here again for sure.

The property was small but nice. Staff was great, nice, and attentive. Breakfast was great. We were fed fruit, OJ, coffee, and eggs, ham sandwich, or something the like daily. Very safe as gates are kept locked at all times. Our only complaint was the loudness of other guesses.

Alright

Good location, a short walk to the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay too. But to call it a 'boutique' is a stretch. The room could use some upkeeping and upgrading. It smelled musty. The shower door was flimsy and wouldn't fully close, which makes it a potential hazard. Overall it was an ok experience but would not return.

I do NOT recommend at all!

Photos do not represent the reality. First night I had to kill two cockroaches. Next day they change me to a room smelling mold. I rented a room for 7 days but I left after 3 days. First time in my life I left a hotel. Place is in very bad shape and I do not recommend

The property was overall disappointing. Too expensive for the old somewhat run down condition of the hotel. Breakfast was very basic, and options seemed to depend on whether the person working the front desk at the time felt like asking how you wanted eggs cooked, or preferences on fruit. One front desk person was very helpful, another seemed disgruntled. Would not stay there again. Seems like the readings were manipulated as the hotel's condition did not match expectations based on what the readings were.
