The area felt safe. Even though, we were near a lot of activity, the hotel was quiet, and we were able to get quality sleep. The area is walkable. We were about a 10-15 minute walk from the main points of interest. The breakfast was included, and it was delicious and filling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The staff where welcoming, always ready and willing to help. The property is located in a good area for those who like to walk and explore while enjoying the view that Cartagena have to offer. A small recommendation for the administration of the hotel, is to look into having more variety for breakfast.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff, especially the girl at daytime and the guy at the night, were super helpful. Also they are bilingual. Breakfast tastes good. Only issue is that they have a water pump gives out loud noise every few seconds. Other than that, the hotel is great

I just recently stayed here for 7 nights. I have to say, the rooms are incredibly clean. They have everything that you need: towels (changed daily), bed, desk, functional bathroom, and a working safe for your valuable items. This hotel also has good wifi and no shortage of hot water (which is hard to come by).The property is located in Getsemani so you can walk pretty much anywhere with endless restaurant choices. However, the bed was hard as a rock. So hard, in fact, my hips and back were sore for the whole week and it interrupted my sleep. The hotel is very loud and with big gaps in the trim around the doors, the sound comes right into your room. Breakfast was ok-limited choices (which I totally understand) the coffee was very good, but the glass of juice given to me had ants crawling around the rim of it.

Worth the visit

I had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable and if you bring in a guest from outside there is a small fee. Overall I am very pleased with this hotel and i would definitely stay here again.

Hotel simples, mas atende a necessidade. Funcionários prestativos e gentis. O café da manhã é simples, não é a fartura que estamos acostumados no Brasil, mas muito gostoso e me atendeu durante minha estadia. Possui água quente no chuveiro e o ar condicionado funcionava bem, necessário pois Cartagena é uma cidade extremamente quente. Senti falta de um frigobar no quarto, durante nossa estadia compramos água e não tínhamos como manter gelada.
