We had a fantastic stay at Palma de Albas. The hotel is a beautiful quiet escape from Cartagena, but very close to all amenities. A special shout out to Carlos, who was amazing and helped us have such a memorable stay.

My best friend and I had the best stay at Palmas de Alba. The hotel staff was so efficient and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. I will be staying again next time I visit Cartagena

It was a magical stay! Perfect location, right in the middle of the city, but still very quiet. The team there is amazing and always happy to help. Daniella and Jorge were the best! It was very clean and breakfast was delicious!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s a beautiful property, very well located outside of the most populated area, and the staff was exceptional. I would recommend adding more awareness in the public areas of the hotel where there is different leveling on the floor. It is easy to fall.

Shuld be 5*. But..

On paper shuld be 5*..But (a big one but) 1. When we checking in we ask to pay an extra of 10% service. When I refuse I been told that the service is for worker and I said (first time that happened to me) service you at the end when there is a service and it is good. 2. Hot water in shower (very big and beautiful) come after 4 min and for a short time (between 1-2 min) 3. A lot of musqito in pool area. 4. Shower comes with no places to put down the shampoo&soap. We put them on the floor (very odd) 5. Sofa in room is for children (An adult cannot sit on it.) Shuld be 5* easy.

Beautifully decorated, perfectly located.

Daniela and Jorge are amazing! They made our stay unforgettable by making sure we were always ok. The hotel is really beautiful and perfectly located. Central to main attractions without being in the midst of crazy sounds. Very safe location. Great breakfast. Clean pools (although we had to tell them twice to clean to rooftop one). Overall, an amazing hotel. We would love to come back.

We loved staying at Palmas de Alba! In fact, we stayed there twice during our visit to Colombia, on either side of a visit to the Rosario Islands. The hotel staff held our larger luggage for us while we packed smaller bags for the island, which was a huge convenience and greatly appreciated. The hotel rooms are charming with beautiful decor and all linens are clean, bathrooms are spotless, and everything smells fresh despite the challenges of a hot humid climate. The hotel is well-located in the walled city so we walked everywhere other than the airport. The hotel feels secure, and staff know all the guests. I would highly recommend Palmas de Alba for your trip to Cartagena!
