Tìm Villa tại Carters

"The lobby and room was clean and comfy. The hallway carpet could use some love. It was dirty, worn and stretched to the point of being a trip hazard."

"Great view and staff was helpful and property was very clean. We’ll managed"

"The staff was very nice and pleasant. The room was clean, but…the room was very run down. The shower nozzle was barely hanging on the wall with the plaster gone all around it with constant dripping. There were old stains on the comforter, The TV could not bring in regular stations, had to keep moving in the room to get any reception. The A/C was loud and shut off before cooling. I asked for a room without pets in it due to allergies and was told all rooms have had pets, they only had one. I did...

"The hotel has been updated and the lobby looked inviting. Much of the carpeting in the hallway looked as if there was black streaks of tar. Perhaps from workers who come in after their shift is over. Our bathroom floor was dirty and had long black hair on it, we had to clean it. The beds must have not been replaced after the remodel because they sank in the middle. For being a refurbished hotel, it’s not being taken care of well."

"Friendly"

"Mrs. Pam was a wonderful host and most helpful. Breakfast was tasty and we got to dine with the horses. We would love to return for horse riding in the near future. Highly recommend 10/10. Thank you for hosting us!"

"We had a room next to the stairwell. The arm on the fire rated stairwell door that controls its closing was not working directly in with slam shut with a loud bang each time it was opened. The first night of our stay was horrible. There were several different guest that continued to rotate in and out of the room directly next to us and use the stairwell dozens and dozens of times all night long, I was up for most of the night concerned that something illegal was happening. I brought this to the...

"I do appreciate being able to stay from time to time but really don't appreciate not even being able to step out of your room let alone be able to simply open the door for a moment without getting choked by cigarette smoke and I have asthma yet I'm told as long as they don't smoke in their room in the non smoking section of the motel there is nothing management can do about it and if you don't like it oh well I don't think that's right but oh well"

"Hotel property was nice and clean, clerk at front desk was very nice, HOWEVER, be ware that this prop gives you the option to pay on line, which I did, but upon check-in I was informed that the manager no longer honors that. The clerk called the managerti ask for an exception but was denied. So if you choose this property, opt to pay upon arrival."

"The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable."

"Breakfast was a disappointment. Very little healthy options."
