"Historic and unique. Room had a strange smell. Very loud overnight…fireworks, clanging bottles in hallway. One concierge wasn’t very welcoming. Seemed to need more wait staff in restaurant. Maitre d’ at restaurant was very nice. Closed lunch service early at bar/restaurant near pool because of a wedding."

"This place could easily be one of the best places I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. My room was incredibly spacious and beautiful, with high ceilings, a lovely balcony with a perfect view, every amenity I could need, a minibar, plenty of outlets, and a very comfortable bed. As a light sleeper, I was especially impressed by how well soundproofed the room was, it was wonderfully quiet throughout my stay. Everything was spotless, the location was fantastic, and Gemma was incredibly kind...

"We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long."

"Einfacher Check-In via Whatsapp und die Unterkunft und das Zimmer ohne Probleme gefunden. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren bequem. Einziger Punkt den ich bemängeln muss, war die Lautstärke und die sehr dünnen Wände/Tür. Insgesamt für Neapel aber nichts ungewöhnliches und ein gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden wieder hier buchen."

"Pænt og rent hotel. Søde og imødekommende medarbejdere, Ok morgenmad, men ikke pralende. Værelserne er virkelig fine, velholdte og rene. Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor selve centrum, men ligge perfekt ved en kabelbane, der både er billige og nemme at finde ud af. Der ligger lækre restauranter i nærheden af hotellet."
