"This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. The building is conveniently located next to Coop City which had a grocery store in it that was very helpful for acquiring breakfast and lunch items. "The hotel is advertised as business hotel and unfortunately with the regular Internet connection failures becames a problem for business travellers. The reception staff have been more than helpful and on 2 issues have promptly solved them (i) room change due to highly inconsiderate neighbours (noisy and drunken) (ii) lost trainers and found.
