"I had pre-paid for my room. Then when I arrived I was informed that there would be $75.00 deposit to be placed on a card only. I feel that the deposit should have been stated prior to booking the room. Since the security deposit wasn't mentioned until I was on site trying to get into my room that I paid for, I found it shady. It's fine to expect a security deposit, just let it be known prior to booking the room."

"The place was smelling cigarettes especially the elevator and hallway. The air conditioner was dusty . I could not sleep well."

"No hotwater, no blanket even after i asked oh yeah and my debit card went missing suspiciously around the same time my room key stopped working."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and served our purpose, which was just a place to sleep. However, there were several items that needed repair and they were brought to the attention of the staff when we checked out. The most urgent of those being the security chain was missing."
