"Front desk didnt speak English and took forever to check in. Nothing states that you have to pay overnight for parking or you will be towed other than the signs in the parking lot upon arrival. Parking is $20 a night. Continental breakfast was a joke. Half stale mini muffins and yogurt. Hot tub was broken and hotel was under construction. Had we known this at all, we would have booked somewhere else. Will not stay here again."

"It’s nothing personal, the staff was nice. Our nine-year-old child clogged the toilet, so, it wasn’t anything crazy, I went to ask for a plunger, and they could not find one. The only option was to move us to another room, which I did not want to do. I actually got in my car and drove to Cub Foods and bought a plunger, which I left with the hotel. They refunded me for the plunger the next morning, which I appreciated. My biggest complaint, the carpet in our hotel room was literally sticky....

"We loved our stay for the most part. I would have given everything 5 stars but the pool closure (for cleaning) was not communicated and was then not opened when we were told would be. This led to a disappointed kiddo which is who the entire trip was for."

"Being attached to the mall of america is always fun. We have stayed a few times the only negative i have us that the pool has been down each time."

"Cheap room/ suite with games: perk Games for kids in room : perk Downfalls- Clerk not friendly very short, elevator floor was cracking and flooring peeling up, Second floor carpet was coming up and can trip on it Room was dirty made our feet black Tub was stain brown at bottom Didn’t have extra blanket or even an extra sheet when asked said they were completely booked and had nothing when that’s pretty hard to believe to not even have an extra sheet. "Nice stay for the price. Not great but nice. Breakfast is ok- good, very standard. Pool wasn't working which was a bummer. The next door hotel was kind enough to let us use the pool but it was very small and cold. Front desk guy was amazing!"
