"Excelente opción para pasar la Noche si solo tienes una noche o si tienes vuelo muy temprano. El personal muy atento, la comida del restaurant rica, el cuarto amplio y cómodo. Sin duda me quedaré de nuevo!"

"My experience was not good at all. I made the reservation back in February for a stay in May, specifically so we could enjoy the water park attractions for my daughters’ birthday. We also drove about three hours for this stay, expecting to fully enjoy everything the resort had to offer. When we arrived, that was when we found out that the water slide and the lazy river were closed. Even so, the lazy river was still open to the public, and when passing underneath the slide there were large bags filled with water, supposedly because of the repairs, that looked like they could fall on you at any moment. No one informed us about any of this in advance. We traveled all the way to the hotel expecting to enjoy all the park attractions, especially considering how expensive the stay was. On top of that, we were not able to enjoy the surf area either because the entire schedule was fully booked. The bathrooms did not have body wash or hand soap, and the shampoo and conditioner were extremely limited. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, and we had to move the children into our bed because they were sweating too much. I travel all around Florida and stay at hotels with lower ratings, and at least they provide coffee pods and tea bags to make guests feel at home. It may not seem like a big deal, but small details like that can really make your day better."

"Staff was nice, there were a few stains on our sheets. Room key wouldn’t work for the parking deck gate had to go back twice because we couldn’t get out. Other than that we had a nice stay."

"I had to pay a $40+ resort fee however half of the resort was under construction and unusable. Not up to par based on pictures and information. A low 2 star hotel if that. Very disappointed!"

"Beautiful property and great value. The pool area was nice and plenty of chairs and towels to use. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue was a lengthy line to check in. After getting room keys and paying for parking, I was told to go to the concierge desk to get my parking pass. Of course they were also trying to get us to sign up for timeshare presentations and wouldn’t take no for an answer. We were tired after a long day of travel and just wanted to go to the room. Everything else was great."

"Just need to put an elevator for any age a luggage to be carried. Also cleaning service should at least be done once even if it is two day stay. But overall loved the wood flooring on the rooms better than carpet that can get ticks and bugs"

"It was an amazing experience that my girlfriend and I had celebrating our 2 year anniversary! Loved everything about the hotel! We are Disney lovers! "
