"The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was ok the shower does not work that great. There was trash under the bed. Sheets and comforters were clean. Bathroom was clean. The staff was very helpful in that I needed a refund for one of my nights and they helped me work through the process to make it happen!! "

"The doors do not latch with out slide chain lock, only have one channel. The bathroom always has water in the floor from shower drainage and the room has a nasty odor. The front desk lady when checking in, she charges 25 dollars to check in before 3:00PM. I don’t shower there or take my shoes off."

"Beautiful little sweet. Very very clean. Great location. Used to get to felt very safe. All the conveniences were needed. The only downside is that they really could upgrade the bed. It was uncomfortable and probably needs a new mattress, but not enough that we wouldn’t stay here for a night again if we come back for another concert"

"The Econo Lodge is exceptionally convenient to I-581 and the Berglund Center which is directly across the road. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. They offer a continental breakfast but this property is a no-frills type of accommodation. Still, the location, price point, and convenience make it a great choice when in the downtown Roanoke area. Will certainly stay again."

"There was not a single amenity. Except wifi couldn't get in bed layed on top of a blanket we had fully clothed. Shower was filthy was afraid to even use it. Tv had only 1 station to watch. Even had to pay for coffee in am We should be refunded This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed in my life. I really think I may have to stop using your app. I don't know if I can trust it again. Made me cry."

"Checked into a room. There was no toilet seat on the toilet as it was laying in the floor. There was no shower curtain, the towels were stained, the drawers were all broken and missing handles, there was trash in the drawers, the bedspread was dirty with burn holes in it. There was no remote, no ashtray and the AC unit looked like someone had taken off the front and didn't put it back on all the way. It was disgusting! I quickly complained and went and stayed somewhere else. "
