"We were very disappointed in this hotel. We’ve stayed at Days Inn before and expected better. The bathrooms and vanity were clean but there was black mold on the shower curtain. One bedside lamp and charger didn’t work at all. The lampshades were dirty with black marks and the Kleenex holder and door hinges were rusty and corroded looking. Also the faucet was set so far back that you could barely get your hands under the water to wash. Not the worst place we have ever stayed in but most certainly not even close to the best. Also the bedsheets did not look freshly made and they kept coming off the. Corners of the bed. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Rooms were spotless, and the front desk receptionist was kind and helpful both at check in and check out. We plan on using Tru by Hilton again in the future. There's none out there as unique and enjoyable! Thank you for the extra attention to details!"

"Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped us with restaurant suggestions for dinner. Our room also had a couch, mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast had a variety of options."

"We did not stay there overnight. I called you on the phone and tried to get your help. While I was on the phone this group of construction workers blocked my car in and I couldn't leave. Did not feel safe. The hotel was not in a good area, and I asked you to cancel my stay because the desk clerk would not and insisted that I had to go through you. We ended up staying at a Hampton Inn in a better/safer area. I hope that your staff I chatted with took care of this and sending me a survey on the stay is an oversight. Dr. Melinda S Hill"

"Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. "
