"Who said this property is in a good location We were so scared to walk around there Full of tents on the street with homeless and protesters"

"Very nice clean room: a little small perhaps but not oppressively so, and I'm guessing this kind of room size might be typical of the kind of building it was located in. Great central location, in particular was spot-on perfect for my wish to visit all of the 'big 3' art museums. Staff friendly and helpful but discreet, as befitting the kind of hotel it is. The two gentlemen I interacted with both spoke English well. Recommended."

"Clean rooms, excelente location, 30 minutes on train to downtown"

"Room was quite compact but spotlessly clean, comfy beds with modern bathroom & decent shower. Good location with a short walk to Moncloa Station with easy access to main Madrid sites via the metro. Communication and access to the building straightforward. Slight downside is lack of natural light as windows need to be obscured as they are right on the street at ground level so not a room you’d want to spend too much time in during the day but then who goes to Madrid to spend time in the room! "

"Very good service"

"Great location awesome service"

"Please note this hotel is on a third floor of a building. There is no ground floor. You will need to go up 3 flights of stairs to reach the hotel floor. This was not disclosed anywhere in the listing and when I reached out to the hotel about it they offered no apologies or resolution. They left my messages on read and my mother and I had to stay somewhere else."

"You get what you paid for , no service , everything you need , you have to do by your self on app"
