"Beautiful surroundings, quiet, and great breakfast"

"We stayed here for 1 night only. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We checked in late and she even made me a coffee! Beautifully decorated rooms. Everything looks brand new. The air con was a bit of a let down, but everything was great. The pool and the views were also another highlight. And only a 15 min drive to Ostuni. Loved it!"

"Alors, on peut clairement dire que l’on en a pour son prix. L’hôtel est ancien, dans son jus mais propre, et les peintures sont fraîches. La climatisation fonctionne bien. J’ai choisi ce logement pour le côté authentique, un retour dans le passé. La literie est bonne mais les coussins sont mauvais. Nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir, le déjeuner du dimanche matin nous a semblé royal, bien servi, beaucoup de produits même en salé ce qui est rare en Italie ! "Borgo Canonica is a beautiful and very charming place with great service and attention from the staff. The atmosphere is peaceful, unique, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Puglia experience. The rooms and property are very well maintained and truly special. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a bit far from the main cities and attractions, so having a car is definitely recommended. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the experience."
