"O estacionamento é fácil, prático, com preços condizentes com o mercado. A recepção atende bem, rápido, sem bem precisos (o staff é muito bem treinado e pró ativo). O quarto é limpo, cheiroso. A cama é macia e confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso, nota dez. A iluminação do banheiro poderia melhorar (ter uma segunda opção de lâmpada). O ar é gelado, tipo K7 (o controle é desconfigurado, não há possibilidade de alterar). Os itens de cozinha funcionam bem, são úteis. É possível trabalhar com razoável apoio na mesinha/cadeira que simula um escritório. Tudo muito bem encaixado. Vista espetacular de Goiânia. Mais uma sugestão: alguma forma de mascarar as luzes de LED do microondas, geladeira e ar condicionado, que a noite te acordam com a claridade delas. De resto já estou indicando essa propriedade pra todo mundo."

"Breakfast seemed typical of Brazil, lots of bread, cakes, selection of cereals, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, then hot stuff like eggs (fried or scrambled), sausage and sweet potatoes. Tea, coffee and fruit juices. Hotel rooms basic, but functional. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned, fridge and TV. Wifi is patchy at best everywhere except reception. "

"Breakfast was great. Staff were fabulous. The house keeper who cleaned my room yesterday (Saturday March 30th) was an artist. All staff were great, but the men at the front desk, a young man in the restaurant and a middle aged lady at the restaurant were just outstanding! I wish I could name them; but I felt impolite to ask for their names! Room was spacious with good air conditioning, and they had agreed to give me a higher level room (16th floor), which had a very nice view of the city. The only things that can improve are: Adding a coffee maker to the Kitchener in the rooms. And fixing the motion sensors for the hallway lights; they didn’t turn on fast enough and landing in a big, dark, empty hallway was kind of scary! I still give it a 5 star, as everything else was great. "

"The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that."

"Ficamos no conforto o ano passado e não acreditei como caiu a qualidade. Só o restaurante continua excelente. Se não fosse pelo pessoal do restaurante e pela comida daria apenas 1 estrela. Quarto-meio velho, desgastado e sem muito conforto. Recepção-nomal/indiferente Valet-chegamos mais cedo pra fazer o check in e parecia desconfiado não querendo que a gente parasse o carro. Falou que estava cheio e depois perguntamos a recepção e falaram que tinha vaga."

"Extremely basic room with a bed, tv, chair and a bathroom. Towels were provided but they’re rough! Breakfast buffet was lackluster. I wanted to drink a cup of herbal tea before bed but it was impossible to get any at the hotel. The restaurant at the lobby didn’t even want to provide me with a spoon when my food delivery didn’t arrive with one. I would not stay here again. "
