"Clean rooms with excellent staff!"

While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. "The room and stay were great. Complementary breakfast in the morning was very convenient. The restaurant was delicious. However, if you stay here, make sure you have a rental car or mode of transportation that is not walking. This little town is cute but about a 20 minute train ride from Milan. Once you get off the train and walk to the hotel there are no sidewalks. "

"Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."

"The airport shuttle picked me up on time and was well marked. The 20 minute ride was through an attractive countryside with a fabulous mountain range backdrop. The exterior of the hotel property needs some work but the interior looked recently renovated. Check in was quick and efficient. "Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."
