Khách sạn Casatenovo

"Wonderful staff!"

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Ciao, I and my 2 daughters enjoyed our stay. The pool was a lit cold. Ramesh in reception was a great man and while dinner I have met very nice and funny staff who made my stay more brighter. Breakfast was good. Bar was nice. What I could only wish is, I was by flight and it would be more fantastic for the guest if hotel have had their own service transportation to the airport. They of course organized a transportation from outside. Even it’s stressfree if hotels has own service. Thank you...

"Convenient location, few minutes from train and metro station. Clean room. Room refrig stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks."

"良かった！"

"This property rates itself as a four-star but fails in a number of ways, FIRST, we there in late October shoulder season…. Which means the HVAC system was completely off. Which means absolutely no ventilation in the room. What? The front desk offered to bring us a fan. What? Secondly, calling the front desk. There is a phone in the room. But there are no instructions on how to call the front desk. Lifting the receiver did nothing. Dialing zero did nothing. The preprogrammed buttons did...

"La habitación limpia y cómoda, incluso cuenta con mancuernas y mat para hacer ejercicio. La decoración muy moderna y de buen gusto. El desayuno muy variado y rico"

"Hotel Calimala Milan, have an excellent front desk manager Stefano and his team. I have to send a sincere gratitude for his incredible hospitality during my stay. I deeply appreciate how quickly and thoughtfully he stepped in to accommodate my needs. His willingness to help resolve an issue completely changed my experience and made my stay so much more comfortable. Thank you for going above and beyond!"

"Swimming pool closes too early from 6pm, and only opens from 8am. It would be better if sooner opening and later closing."

"The Square is located at a great spot. It is easy to walk to most main attractions within 15-20 minutes. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was top notch in terms of quality and range of offers. Due to the location you can constantly hear the trams passing through the cobble stone roads but for some reason, I slept very well. Though the booking mentioned breakfast for a fee, it was offered for free. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the rooftop bar and restaurant but I’m...

"Localización y personal"

"This was a nice hotel. The concierge was not very helpful however all of the other staff were. It’s also centrally located."

"Milano Verticale — An Outstanding Hotel Experience! We absolutely loved our stay at Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze! Everything felt modern, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean, with outstanding service throughout. Breakfast was one of the best of our entire trip to Italy! The variety and quality were exceptional, with freshly prepared eggs and orange juice squeezed right in front of you. Truly top-notch! I also used their laundry service and was extremely impressed. I dropped off...
