The restaurant was very nice with a variety of options that were reasonably priced. The sparkling pool was clean and refreshing. "The front desk clerk told me that there was no rooms available. This is far from a poor customer experience. This is absolutely a lack of empathy and simple business operation. Now I need to look for another hotel at 9:00 pm"

"This is a cute little property off the beaten path. Lots of tico places to eat in the area but you need a car. We don’t recommend the seafood place across the highway though. Breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade bread and condiments. The laminated note in the room about not getting sand in the beach towels was a little odd!"
