"If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. "Beds are pretty small and wifi kept going off but there’s shops around and a laundromat nearby and staff is nice"

"I like the check in process on this property. The staff was very helpful too. There are a few restaurants nearby but going to the towns of Quepos or Manuel Antonio requires an uber but is very cheap. You can order food too via fiesta express."

"What an amazing hotel. Too many awesome things to name them all. I never write reviews. Their staff, the pools, the personal concierge, seeing monies, macaws, lizards was all just a a first class experience. You are not close to walk anywhere as it’s up the mountain a bit- but they shuttle to the hot spots and Uber is crazy cheap and fast to get there."

"Allison at the reception and Moises at La Pola went above and beyond and provided a great experience at their hotel. The place is very well maintained and the bungalows are superb! Highly recommend this if visiting this area. Capucchino monkeys were around to give us a great welcome!"

"Great views. Monkeys, toucans, and macaws seen right from our balcony! Steep road to the entrance with literally 4-5 parking spots at the top. You can park at the bottom and ride the golf cart up. Buffet breakfast was good. Activities and grounds (fountains, ect)were, Im assuming, shut down for maintenance."

"Our stay here, exceeded our expectations. The room was so spacious and really pretty. The location was perfect in between the town and the beaches around. The staff were also extremely helpful and nice to help us out to do activities and make sure we had transportation. Crazy to have the experience of eating breakfast/lunch/dinner and have the possibility to run into the nature animals."

"Property is awesome especially for wildlife viewing. Monkeys and sloths right outside our doors. Property is extremely large so be prepared but the shuttles are convenient. Private Chef in our room was a highlight for us."

"Spotless!!!!!!!! Nice smell. Location was perfect. Close to Manuel Antonio, and Quepos. So you get some jungle and some city. I would recommend some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Everything else was top notch. Love the bathroom, the bed, the view and air conditioning "
