"The room had no heat with room being 65 degrees. Bathroom sink would not drain properly. Commode was to low making it difficult to access.. Room was adjacent to the pool with operating hours 8am to 10pm. Up until 11pm babies were screaming just outside our pool access door. All in all I would never stay here again. They refused to compensate in any way since we booked through Expedia."

"The hotel itself was great - rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, our biggest concern was the lack of information provided on the state of the pool area. We specifically chose this hotel for the waterslide shown on the website and our young children were extremely disappointed when they discovered it was being renovated. I feel this was a failure on both the hotel and Hotels.com for neglecting to inform customers of this. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable."

"We left another hotel in the area because it was not clean and tried here. It was clean, great breakfast and everyone was so nice. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Would definately stay here again!"

"This is a extremely minimal effort hotel. There was a phone cord that ran down the hall and it smells like damp cigarettes. 1/2 of the lights in our first room didnt work and it looked like someone had been standing on one of the beds with their shoes on. And the hair... there was hair on the pillows and in sheets. The guy at the front was nice enough and switched our room for us. The second room had working lights but the headboard had been ripped off the wall. I told the guy at the front when we went out and he said 'yeah most rooms don't have a headboard. There was yelling in the hallway until about 230am so Im assuming this might be the d**g hotel or close to it. Spend the money and stay somewhere else"
