"Excellent location! It's central to almost everything you'd like to see near downtown Seattle and very near the water. It took 10 minutes from the link rail to the hotel, it was easy even with a carry on suitcase. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had requested a view but didn't get one. Hopefully next time I will. Other than that, I highly recommend the Ace Hotel, and will be staying there next time I'm in town."

"The building was dingy, had a 1980s decor and showed a lot of wear and tear. The carpet in my room had big stains that were not totally removed. The room lighting was very dim and placement of the lights and switches were inconvenient to use. As far as I could tell, there were no amenities. I thought parking was included, but that was an extra $13.50 a night. There are other better options in the airport area. I won’t be going back."

"Checkin is 4 pm and not 3pm as mentioned. Water bottles are for 1 day only, however many days you stay. Wifi is not available and no effort made to get it. Front desk is busy all the time on their phones and have no idea about restaurants available. We checked out a day earlier and moved to another hotel. My recommendation - donot ever consider it."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. As a solo female traveler, I really appreciated how safe the location felt. The room was spotless, and they had my name on the TV as a welcome touch — such a nice surprise. The employees were amazing — so friendly and great service. They also have a washer and dryer on site (bring quarters), a little store with snacks and laundry detergent, free breakfast, and plenty of parking. Highly recommend!"
