"Staff were welcoming, as we checked in way later than 2pm. Unfortunately, we had to pull our luggage by ourself to go to the room, we had 3 big suitcase. No assistance was provided. But overall, everything was good"

"First impression we are a hard working family and felt really judged when we walked in the door. Reception was friendly but when we got to the room it was underwhelming I booked for 4 people we didn’t have enough towels.
