"This is a wonderful, clean and very well run hotel. I have stayed here before and the service and facilities are fantastic. The restaurant Has great food and it is particularly nice and comfortable to enjoy even as a woman travelling alone. The coffee bar in the lobby is great (free every morning) and the gym has a good selection of workout equipment. The rooms are well appointed and also clean. Thank you Four Points Sheraton!"

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. "The bedrooms depicted in the online photos do not match the actual rooms. The rooms appear to be inadequately cleaned, and some doors are missing or do not close correctly. The place struck us as unsafe, and the rooms on the ground floor didn't have locks on the windows. We ended up just packing our bags and leaving to find somewhere else to stay for the night. Losing the cost of the room was a minor trade off. I would not suggest this establishment to anyone."
