"Stayed here last minute before leaving Milan and so glad we did. In a quiet area of town, perfect for our family of 4 and easily accessible by highway. Rooms were super spacious for us, hotel was spotless, and the gym and breakfast areas were much better than expected. 5 stars all around!"

"We travelled with 2 children and stayed for 2 nights. Everything worked just fine. Easy checking-in (and out), staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room not very spacious but beds and pillows were comfortable. A little noise from the floor above but negligible. Overall hotel condition looked nice, clean and relatively new. Breakfasts were good, various choices (menu slightly changed for 2 days) and nice quality. Our kids actually enjoyed their foods so always a good reference ^^. We...

"A last minute booking and the hotel was fine, lovely big rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was included as was free transfer to the airport. Probably a bit dated but absolutely did what it said on the tin. Was quite a drive from Milan centre so about €30 by local taxi"

"L'hôtel ne mérite pas son appellation de Palace à mon sens rien que pour la vue de la chambre sur rue et sur une sorte de terrain vague ( vraiment bruyant avec la circulation). La literie est bonne et le petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatif ( 15€/personne). Le parking coûte 35€ et accessible ( à pied) depuis l'intérieur. Idéalement situé à 4 stations de métro du Duomo. Par contre, prix exorbitant de 20€ ( qui n'apparaît absolument pas clairement sur le descriptif de l'hôtel) par personne pour...

"Very nice and spacious room for one night for a solo traveler! My loft included a fridge, microwave, outside sink, and nice table area. Bathroom was well stocked with towels I needed for only a night as well as soaps. Beautiful window view as well."

"The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water. The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety. "Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."
