"From the unassuming door a great scent of expensive Culti brand scent is used throughout the hotel, the lobby has free refreshments and wine 24/7. The employees were so kind and friendly and helpful everytime. They all deserve a raise for such great hospitality and friendliness, they go above andbeyond, so bravo everyone. "A decent modern hotel in an excellent location. We stayed 5 days, liked the area; lots of cafes and restaurants right outside.
Rooms average, bedding and comfort of beds average. The bathroom was nice in comparison to the room.
I was not fond of the floor to ceiling dark velvet drapes that entrapped dust.
Reception staff young and friendly."

"The rooms, while small compared to most U.S. hotels were very nice and comfortable.
The bed was very comfortable as well.
The one thing we would like to have seen is more places to hang used towels.
We're not in Milan to spend time in our room so the room worked very well.
The staff is really friendly and very helpful.
We needed some distilled water for my wife's CPAP and Clare at the front desk looked up a few pharmacies and helped me get a route to the nearest one.
While we did not...
