"Ontbijt box was niet compleet. We miste drinken erin. En zeer karig."

"From the unassuming door a great scent of expensive Culti brand scent is used throughout the hotel, the lobby has free refreshments and wine 24/7. The employees were so kind and friendly and helpful everytime. They all deserve a raise for such great hospitality and friendliness, they go above andbeyond, so bravo everyone. "Stayed for a long weekend in the romance suite. Staff were polite, room and balcony were not well cleaned as there was a lot of dust in places. Seems they done the bed, bathroom but thats it. The jet bath was put on and removed the water just to see if it was clean. The jets were so dirty the bottom of the tub was filty so I couldnt even use it. I asked the staff 3 times if they can tell me if the balcony shower worked, they said they will send someone up each time but no one came. We got tired...

"Great location and hotel"

"Rooms are dated but clean. Breakfast is ok nothing wrong just functional."

"The location is excellent. Walking distance to Duomo. The staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant was super clean. The food was fresh. I highly recommend booking the room to include breakfast. Please bring Euros or US Dollars to tip the staff. To my surprise in Italy you can not leave a tip on your credit card. Find overnight parking or pay 60 euros for parking."

"Was very impressed with stay at this hotel"

"Personnel très gentil ! Bon petit déj varié Chambre très propre"

Rooms are comfortable and modern with good air conditioning. Staff are less friendly but do they job. Cleaners in rooms didn't replenish teas/coffees/milks and left no cups after we used the two paper cups. Shower gel was half empty when we arrived and was also not replenished when finished. More attentive staff would...
