The bed was very comfy and the view of the town and water was joyful. There's a lovely art gallery, used bookstore, and plenty of dining options nearby. A very sweet couple manages the inn and they're excellent cooks - Captain Sawyer's breakfast was beyond delicious - one day it was just me and they served huevos rancheros...

The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. "The absolute star if the show here is the inn owner Kathy! She is very knowledgeable about the area and even pointed out a great yarn shop down the road as she knew I was a knitter. The breakfasts were all unique, delicious and cooked to order each day with lots of fresh herbs. The communal areas were relaxing and practical with fridge, soft drinks, coffee/tea, ice and seemingly anything else you might need available 24/7.
