The pool is on the smaller side and they were out of towels, although the property guy brought some upon request. He was hustling every time we saw him; maybe they’re a little understaffed. "This place is a dump with good service and okay food. When I come back I will likely stay somewhere else as there is a parkade across the street that can be parked at to access Cleveland Clinic"

"Overall, good. Basic hotel. The restaurant closed early, and had no coffee available. No pleasant apology from restaurant employee. Fortunately a Starbucks around the corner. No in-room lock safe, was told all hotels are eliminating safes. Carried our passports and valuables with us everywhere we went. Staff were friendly, location was convenient for us."

"The room was clean and inviting. My only issue with the hotel was the noisy guests with children running up and down the hall screaming after midnight. I recognize this is not the hotel's fault, but it was quite annoying."

"Perfect hotel for families with kids or teams traveling together. Quality breakfast, ample space to congregate and enjoy each other's company. workout room to get your heart rate up and a convient laundry room on the 2nd floor. Only complaint is that there's only one ice machine and it's in the lobby. People were filling up full large coolers and ice bags."

"Was our go to whenever we visited Cleveland in Beachwood. The property use to be very clean. Now our room was not that clean. Sheets were coming off the bed, tables were on their last leg, stains on curtains, hallways didnt smell clean. We will be finding a new hotel to stay."
