"excellent free breakfast. Great location in central old town. Safe with super nearby outdoor dining options. We couldn't find the fee parking and used the Duomo underground lot. $25 but v convenient. When we eventually found the free parking, realized it would have been v long steep uphill walk. Convenient overnight en route from Cinque Terre to Siena"

They even explained exactly where to park, and the free, secure parking included with our stay was a huge plus. Everything we asked for was handled promptly and with genuine kindness. "Absolutely lovely hotel. Best one we stayed at in Italy - in retrospect, we wish we booked to stay here a second night. The location is quiet and isolated so stars are visible at night, plenty of parking, and breakfast is worth the 20 EURS, best breakfast options we had during our stay. Highly recommend, 10/10."

"The whole property is very nice. hideaway. quiet and beautiful. I like the bio-organic vegetarian restaurant. The breakfast is wonderful. the swimming pool is beautiful too. You have to walk through a large lawn to get there. the floating lotus and flowers around the pool. very nature and calm. Only wish there could be some one who could help us for the luggages. as it is not easy to carry the luggages to walk up the long stairway."
