"Large space room. Good location. Kind staff."

"Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. "If you enjoy a fabulous view, spotless room which is very atmospheric, A wonderful home-made breakfast provided by Susanna in a delightful dilapidated little village. This one is for you! A unique experience. Thank you. ☺️"

"Hotel 99 Cannelle is a gem. From the lobby, to the rooms and to the breakfast room, the interior is a work of art. Breakfast is fantastic and filling, the staff is welcoming and super-super nice. A special thank you to Serena for making our stay at Hotel 99 one that we will fondly remember."

I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...
