"Staff was rude to us tried asking for an updated for 2 birthday celebrations after coming from another horrible hotel and they wouldn't give us any accommodations actualvelly gave us a room looking out at a brick wall so it wasn't very happy about that, won't be back "

"I loved the setup of the room!!! It’s larger than your every day hotel room. I loved the giant space on the bathroom countertop so you have room for your bathroom things. There’s some extra space by the door/entry to put your luggage so it’s not in the way—that was a big win in my books.The dresser is huge if you want to put your clothes in the drawers. The bathroom is upgraded and huge. The shower was gorgeous! A table with three chairs to eat—so helpful with kids! We loved that there’s bowling and movies for our kids. The staff was so friendly, and we loved the breakfast buffet. You don’t have to leave the property for anything. They have everything. We have tried a lot of hotels in Vegas, and we think this property is the best for our family. The price was great too. We will be back. "

"The property is beautiful. Staff were great. Only downfall was the 10am check out. Would not extend my check out for later or even an extra hour. Traveling with two young kids would have been nice to have a little more time. "

"The facility is very nice and is in a very convenient area. It was only a 5-7 minute drive to the rental car return facility. The mall is only a 5 minute walk away and there are several choices for eating within walking distance. If you don't want to stay on the strip I highly recommend this hotel."

"I stay here periodically when I'm in town and my stay is always a pleasant one. The room is always clean. The bed is always comfortable. This property will continue to be my go-to. "

"The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The bathroom door in our room was a joke, there was a big gap when the door was fully closed. Also the shower water comes all over the bathroom floor after you take a shower, it was not designed well. We did not get hot water in our shower head. Luckily the hand held shower got hot water, we managed with that."
