"The Front desk staff were friendly. The room was pleasant with hard wood flooring for cleanliness and comfortable beds. Slight issue with crib that was delivered damaged. Front desk appeared to be busy. Breakfast buffet was popular and pretty decent."

"The breakfast was very good. The showers were always hot no matter what time of day. The staff were by very helpful. The pool was a little cool but the hot tub was hot. They cleaned our room everyday."

"The food was ok and restaurant was affordable. If going, choose breakfast included rate. We had an issue with the mattress at check-in which was resolved promptly and compensated with a free night, on our 4 night stay. However, staff made us feel unwelcome the rest of the trip. They talked between themselves in their own language in our presence."

"Was an ok stay. Probably wouldn’t go back. Beds clean and generally clean room. Bit old fashioned looking. Bath had a big rusty type looking stain in the bottom which made it feel a bit dirty even though it wasn’t. Bathroom small and didn’t even have a sink. That was outside the bathroom. Other guests making lots of noise running up and down the corridors and thumping on the ceiling, disturbing sleep. Breakfast was ok. Didn’t make me want to rush back."

"Carpet in the room felt damp and sticky. Had to have room keys reset twice. Tried to enter the hotel at 11pm and front doors were locked."

"Clean rooms, small, slow elevator but stairs easily accessible. Parking lot is not big and hard to manage a truck in, especially when guests park in no parking spots due to lack of parking. Annabelle and the man at the breakfast buffet were awesome and attentive!! Other guests need to not be so rude and demanding as they are doing their best to keep it stocked in a small area and busy with guests!! Front desk was very polite and helpful!!"

"Es ist ein Flughafenhotel. Und das sieht man. Die Zimmer sind alt und ewig nicht renoviert worden. Es steht auf einem Parkplatz. Ansonsten ist da nichts. An der Rezeption sitzt ein Mensch, der durchaus hilfsbereit war. Für eine Nacht zweckmäßig. Ansonsten zum Vergessen."

"The room wasn't very clean and the walls were very thin so we could hear everyone around us. It's good for a cheap hotel though."

"Shower was cold with periodic warm water. The bed sheets were stained and old/hard. The fridge didn't work. This is a hotel I'd expect to pay $50/night but it cost us $200/night. I get that the Stampede raises room costs in Calgary, but come on. We weren't even in Calgary for the stampede anyway."
