"We paid the money to stay at this hotel because of the spa facilities, but had no idea that the spa facilities were being renovated so when we did go to the pool, we had to listen to hammer drilling, and the room was full of painters, the outside part of the pool was closed, which is our favourite part because the spa is hotter there I was very disappointed that there was no discount offered to us.
