"Hotel maravilhoso, vista para o lago belíssimo. Quartos grandes para 3 pessoas com espaço para as malas, camas confortáveis e um banheiro bem espaçoso com banheira e chuveiro separados, o que não é comum na Europa. Café da manhã dispensa comentários, tudo do bom e do melhor. Nos deliciamos e curtimos muito a estadia nesse hotel em Lugano além de ser próximo de tudo. Recomendamos de olhos fechados "

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "It was a beautiful hotel with a lot of history. Very traditional, look with many amenities and great restaurant. The views from the room of Lake Lugano were breathtaking. I would strongly suggest this hotel if you’re staying in Lugano."
