"Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen, das Personal war super lieb und das Hotel sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und bequem.

"Beautiful old hotel with a wonderful welcome from the owner who was extremely helpful and gave lots of good advice. The property is clean and all staff are courteous. The room we stayed in was comfortable- great for our family for a short stay. They provide coffee, water, a fridge, microwave and a dining room, as well as a beautiful shared lounge. "This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. "
